What is the FBI going to do now?
Imagen - Antiterroristas.cu
Will it finally undertake a full and long-awaited investigation into this criminal fauna who, due to their relations with the highest spheres of power, act as if they had carte blanche to violate the law? Will it take advantage of the scandal to enquire into the form in which five young Cubans were unjustly pursued, arrested and sentenced precisely for having infiltrated terrorist circles in the south of Florida?

The Miami Herald and El Nuevo Herald published today, June 22, 2006, the unusual confession of a former member of the Cuban-American National Foundation (CANF) recognizing, with a lot of details, the terrorist actions organized in Miami by this anti-Cuban organization in the 90’s.
Cuban terrorist says guns were to oust Fidel Castro

A Cuban terrorist arrested for stashing more than 1,000 guns told federal investigators that he was a member of the paramilitary group Alpha 66 "a [terrorist] group who desire to overthrow Fidel Castro and liberate the country of Cuba." Alpha 66 is among the oldest terrorist groups in Miami.
Geoff Bottoms on the Cuban Five: Appealing for Justice
Although there is not a shred of evidence to suggest that Cuba sponsors terrorism or is developing biological weapons programs, there is a great deal of evidence linking Washington to the 40-year old terrorist network that exists in south Florida. Organizations such as Alpha 66, Omega 7, Brothers to the Rescue and the F-4 Commandos are responsible for the loss of over 3,000 innocent Cuban lives, yet have acted with impunity from the territory of the United States since the triumph of the Cuban Revolution in 1959. After more than 40 years of unsuccessful protest, both in the Security Council and directly to Washington, Havana sent a group of men to infiltrate and report back on the workings of these organizations established throughout the exile community of Cubans in Miami. Geoff Bottoms, a parish priest in Blackpool, England, works with the Cuba Solidarity Campaign in the U.K. and is chair of its Miami Five Campaign Group. Here he sums up the enormous injustice perpetrated against the Cuban Five.
